PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor which has good wear resistance, flaw resistance and deposition resistance, is extremely little in the change and deterioration of photoreceptor characteristics, such as an increase of residual potential in repetitive use and can exhibit stable performance even in the repetitive use. SOLUTION: The surface layer of the electrophotographic photoreceptor which has a photosensitive layer on a conductive base consists of a structure containing a polymer of a hole transportable compound having >=2 chain polymerizable functional groups within the same molecule and containing at least one kind selected from the group consisting of a fluorine atom-containing resin, carbon fluoride and a polyolefinic resin as a lubricating material.
