PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent light shielding capability from being deteriorated because the smooth movement of a blade group is damaged and the mutual superposing amount of blades when the blades are developed is not secured in the case of miniaturizing a shutter device. SOLUTION: This shutter device is constituted of a 1st blade member 2 driven to travel in a direction where a shutter aperture is opened/closed by the parallel linking action of 1st and 2nd link constituting members 4 and 5 turnably attached to a bottom board constituting member 1 (6) having the shutter aperture 1a and a 2nd blade member 3 being a blade member whose traveling moving amount at the time of opening/closing a shutter is smaller than that of the member 2, driven to travel in the direction where the shutter aperture is opened/closed not by the parallel linking action but by a driving member for transmitting driving force to either the member 4 or 5, and also guided to be in the same posture (that is, parallel posture) at least between a state where the shutter aperture is opened and a state where it is closed by the guiding action between the bottom board constituting member and the member 3.
