ASSEMBLY SKI BOOT/SAFETY BINDINGS OF ALPINE SKI

An alpine ski assembly of a ski boot and safety bindings is composed of the bindings (1) fixed to the ski (2) and of elements (3) of the ski boot (5) sole (4). It has been designed in such a manner that the bindings (1) comprise a base (6) from which parts (7) of a jaw (8) protrude - the parts (7) being distributed along a virtual circle and connected to a tensioner adjustable by a lever-system (9) by which the boot release tension is controlled - and grasp into the elements (3) of the ski boot (5) sole (4). The elements (3) lie along the virtual circle with its centre on the axis of the skier's leg or hip too.
