PURPOSE: A bed plate mounting structure of a vehicle oil pan is provided to change the shape of the bed plate to be coupled on a main bearing cap after being mounted on a cylinder block, thereby improving the stiffness with respect to the coupling with the cylinder block and reducing the noise generated by the vibration transmission from a skirt. CONSTITUTION: In a bed plate mounting structure of a vehicle oil pan, the bed plate(10) is fitted between a lower part of a skirt of a cylinder block and the oil pan and a flange of the bed plate is coupled by bolts on a main bearing cap by bolts, which supports the rotation of a crank shaft on a cylinder block, wherein the bed plate is formed with a curved surface(11) for reinforcing the stiffness on a top surface to be positioned at a lower part of the respective main bearing caps, and a plurality of reinforcing ribs(13) along a rim part with a predetermined interval, and the curved surface is formed with coupling through holes(12) to be overlapped with fixing holes formed in the main bearing cap to be fixed by the bolt.
