SOLUTION: The spat 5 is formed into a cavity shape having the upper end opened to the plate surface of the front end 3 of the fender liner 1, and an air outlet port 6 is formed on the lower end 52 of the spat 5 to prevent backward flowing of a part of the air flow A flowing along the front surface 51 of the spat 5 along the lower end 52 by the air flow C flowing into the spat 5 and blowing down through the outlet port 6.
