PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure as a grabbing tool of a shade device with a high productivity. SOLUTION: The grabbing tool is fixed to the tip edge of a cover material of the shade device for openably/closably shielding a tonneau part or the like of an automobile by storing the soft and wide cover material into a case by winding. At least partial surface of a core material made of a hard resin is covered with a coating layer made of a soft resin with lower hardness and they are integrally formed by co-extrusion molding.
