PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an outflow of evaporative emission into a canister during vehicle travel. SOLUTION: A diaphragm 26 arranged in a fuel tank body 10 has a communicating hole 38 that causes a back pressure chamber 28 and a tank chamber 30 to intercommunicate, and the place that is opposed to the communicating hole 38 has a closed state holding portion 42 for closing the communicating hole 38. The closed state holding portion 42 is formed on a valve seat portion 40 for a differential pressure regulating valve 22. When the diaphragm 26 is in a closed state, the closed state holding portion 42 holds the communicating hole 38 closed. When the diaphragm 26 is in an open state, it is separated from the valve seat portion 40 to open the communicating hole 38.
