PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compressed structural body of waste tires capable of effectively utilizing many waste tires while minimizing the energy cost, exercising the characteristic of the waste tires in various fields, and being easily handled in safety in the operations such as transportation, installation and fixing. SOLUTION: Pipe members 2 are mounted on a surface or inside of the compressed structural body 1 of waste tires prepared by fastening a compressed waste tire 4 obtained by compressing plural waste tires 3, 3 by a fastening member 5.
