PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underground drilling machine capable of stably driving it on a driving machine. SOLUTION: An underground drilling machine furnished with a driving machine 2 having a cutter head 1 to drill underground on its front end and devised to sequentially drive and bury a buried pipe 3 by a main pushing jack 5 furnished in the rear of this driving machine 2 is constituted by forming a rear part of the driving machine 2 in a telescopic shape of a front side tubular body 14 and a rear side tubular body 15, installing a plural number of driving jacks 18 to drive the driving machine 2 in the peripheral direction along these front side tubular body 14 and rear side tubular body 15 and arranging these driving jacks 18 in a parallel link shape.
