PURPOSE: A removal method for organic matter, nitrogen and phosphorus using rotating disc attached biomembrane is provided, which can remove organic matter, nitrogen and phosphorus completely, thereby preventing eutrophication and red tide. In addition, autolysis of microorganism results from long food chain formed by the attached biomembrane, so that sludge generation is reduced. CONSTITUTION: The method is as follows: (i) dip just a part of the rotating disc into sewage for removing organic matter and for nitrification; (ii) dip the rotating disc fully into the treated water for anaerobic denitrification using as a carbon source excrement and BOD of influent water; and (iii) dip only a part of the rotating disc into the anaerobic treated sewage, add a dephosphorization coagulant (selected from iron, aluminum and lime), re-aerate and reduce the concentration of residual sludge.
