PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an epoch-making bean harvester having an extremely excellent commercial value. SOLUTION: This bean harvester is used for picking beans 2 ripened to a stem 1 vegetated on the ground without pulling out the stem 1 from the ground. A movable base body 3 is slantingly provided with a pair of rotatable bean picking bodes 4 and 5 having fixed height. The peripheries of a pair of the bean picking bodies 4 and 5 are arranged in a bean picking treatment part 29 covered with a case body 30. A closed body 6 which allows the passage of the stem 1 with the beans 2 vegetated on the ground and prevents the passage of the picked beans 2 is installed in front of the case body 30 and the bean picking treatment part 29 is equipped with a passage part 18 for passing the stem 1 from which the beans 2 are picked.
