The fuel tank emptying device comprises a body which is directly fixed in the bottom part of the tank. The body has principal openings which allow the passage of fuel and then its discharge. It has secondary openings for the passage of air. An internal rotating servo valve is connected to a pipe allowing the distribution of the air. The valve has principal (7b) and secondary (7d) openings and is opened and closed by a control arm and handle (5,6) to allow simultaneous emptying of the principal fluid and the entry of air. The pipe is connected to the air intake (17) in the upper part of the tank and to an air intake (18) inside the tank.
