SUBSTANCE: solar plant includes two translucent envelopes tightly mounted on heat accumulating reservoir at clearance between them; one envelope is made in form of convex plate; heat accumulating reservoir consists of horizontal head, wall and end sides; it is coated with heat- insulating material on the outside; heat accumulating reservoir is made from concrete; its end sides have form of triangles; translucent envelopes may be mounted directly on horizontal head; one envelope is flat.
