PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a united housing with properties of sufficient radiation shield and heat conduction in order to make additional outer housing unnecessary. SOLUTION: This is a radioactive photographing apparatus utilizing unitized single housing in order to provide an evacuated housing for the anode and cathode assembly. The unitized housing 12 is air-cooled and hence no coolant is used. The unitized housing is electrically insulated from its composing elements, and isolated with a dielectric gel material also for limiting the amount of noise released from the housing in operation.
