PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide internet extension telephone equipment with the function of extension telephone, and to provide a recording medium. SOLUTION: A master interphone 7A is provided with subordinate interphone information (subordinate interphone data base 5) on all handsets 8A. When incoming (setup) is received, according to the subordinate interphone information, all the subordinate interphones 8A are called by sending incoming information to the subordinate interphones 8A by a master interphone side telephone processing part 11, and when a telephone call is received by any one terminal, the call of the other terminals is stopped and when the telephone call is received simultaneously by at least two terminals, according to the priority of the subordinate interphone information, the telephone call of he other terminals are forcedly disconnected except the terminal of high priority.
