PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To thermally apply load especially on a clutch unit by inducting heat decreased already. SOLUTION: This transmission is provided with one transmission output shaft 106, and two transmission input shafts 102, 103 forming a two parallel transmission trains having a plurality of speed gear stages. Both transmission train can be respectively united to an input shaft 101 by one of clutch discs 112, 113 provided in a clutch unit 110. The large number of the peed gear stages continuing to each other with reference to a gear change ratio are respectively corresponding to different clutch discs. In order to decrease load on the clutch unit on the input side, at least one of another devices for changing torque or the number of revolutions is additionally provided.
