PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathroom heater/drier with a multi-room ventilation function capable of stabilizing air volumes to a bathroom and other rooms. SOLUTION: A circulation unit 1 for circulating heated air to the bathroom is joined with a ventilation unit 2 for ventilating the other room for discharging indoor air outdoors, and a damper unit 3 is provided in an intermediate position between the circulation unit 1 and the ventilation unit 2. A damper shaft 3a, having the center of rotation at approximately the central position of a damper plate 3b constituting the damper unit 3, is provided.
