PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser device which considerably suppresses the influence of a continuous wave laser light beam leaked from an unstable resonator to pulse laser oscillation, and always and stably obtains the pulse laser light beam of high output in the device obtaining the pulse laser of high output by making the pulse laser to be incident on the unstable resonator and amplifying it. SOLUTION: An optical shutter interrupting the laser light beam or transmitting it in synchronizing with Q switch pulse oscillation is installed on an optical axis connecting the output mirror 9 of a Q switch pulse oscillation CO2 laser device 2 and an incident hole 6. A Q switch device is a mechanical chopper where a slit is installed in a rotary disk 13 and the Q switch chopper operates as an optical shutter.
