PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To aim at a lower price. SOLUTION: This is composed of an insulation body 21 in which through holes 22 are arranged and formed and a flange part 23a abutted and stopped at a stage part 22c by a small diameter part 22a and a large diameter part 22b of the through hole 22, a contact pin 23 which is inserted in the through hole 22 and a top is pushed out of one face 21a of the insulation body 21, a conduction sleeve 24 in which one end side contact part is protruded from the other face 21b of the insulation body 21 through being pressed in the large diameter part 22b, and a coil spring 26 which is housed in the conduction sleeve 24 to push and press the contact pin 23. Different from a conventional structure which is built spring contacts in a insulation body after assembling them one by one, a man hour is greatly reduced because this is the structure in which parts constituting the spring contacts are directly assembled in the insulation body.
