PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a flash warning light which has a high visibility of light and allows to be retrofitted with a speaker. SOLUTION: This flash warning light has a long plate-form base 2, a speaker driver 7 mounted on the base 2 via a bracket 12, a speaker horn 8 and a speaker plate 9 mounted below the base 2. The speaker plate 9 is formed separately from the base 2, disposed between the speaker horn 8 and the base 2. Gaskets 13, 14, 15, 16 are placed between the members. This gives the flash warning light 1 with a horn speaker 40 omitted, and allows it to be retrofitted with the speaker. The speaker driver 7 is surrounded by reflection members 5 and rotating lights 4 are positioned on both sides of that. Thereby, light is emitted 360 deg.. Thus, a structure of the base 2 is simplified and the possibility of infiltration of rainwater is prevented. Further, the fine view is improved.
