PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a disk drive, which adjusts a tile by tilting and swinging the guide shaft of a pickup, small-sized and to improve the adjustment resolution of the tilt adjustment. SOLUTION: A tilt adjusting member 4 which adjusts the tilt of the guide shaft 3 guiding the radial movement of a disk 10 by supporting the pickup 2 is constituted crossing the guide shaft 3 at right angles or nearly at right angles. The tilt adjusting member 4 rotates nearly on a support axis on a chassis 1 as the center of rotation by the principle of a lever to face the disk 10. The elevation quantity of the guide shaft 3 is determined by two elevation quantities which are the elevation quantity of the tilt adjusting member 4 by the lever and the elevation quantity by the rotation and elevation of a rotary adjusting member 6, so the resolution of the tilt adjustment is improved.
