PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a design label which can increase a light diffusion effect of a luminescent display part with keeping the durability of an emboss parts, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: A transparent sheet 27 is stuck on a base material 25. In this state, a punched hole 29 is formed penetratingly in a part corresponding to both a luminescent display part 24 and a through hole 26 on the transparent sheet 27. In addition, a display label 22 is stuck on an upper face of the transparent sheet 27. In this condition, an emboss parts 28 is protruded on a part corresponding to the through hole 26 on the transparent sheet 27 and the display label 22. Thus, a design label 21 is formed.
