PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance easiness of setting a desirable clearance between a housing for receiving a gas transfer body and the gas transfer body. SOLUTION: Gears 34, 35 are fixed in a meshed state each other at the projecting ends of rotating shafts 19, 20 within a gear housing 33. Cooling holes 50, 51 are formed in the rotating shafts 19, 20. The cooling holes 50, 51 reach portions of the rotating shafts 19, 20 corresponding to a pump chamber 43 along the axes 191, 201 of the rotating shafts 19, 20 from the end surfaces of projecting ends 192, 202 of the rotating shafts 19, 20 projecting to a gear housing 331. Openings 501, 511 of the cooling holes 50, 51 locate on the end surfaces of the projecting ends 192, 202 of the rotating shafts 19, 20.
