PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cut-off valve device capable of reducing the height of an upward projection part even in a valve device constructed by integrally arranging a cut-off valve and a positive/negative pressure valve. SOLUTION: This fuel cut-off valve device is provided with a case body 1 installed into a hole part on a fuel tank T, the cut-off valve 2 having a float valve 3 and shutting off outflow of liquid fuel, and the positive/negative pressure valve 10 arranged in a connection passage to a canister in the upper part of the case body 1 for leading out fuel vapor to the canister in the case of increase of a fuel vapor pressure in the fuel tank T and introducing the air into the fuel tank via the canister in the case of decrease of the fuel vapor pressure inside the fuel tank T. In this fuel cut-off valve device, a housing part 1d protruding laterally is arranged on the lateral side in the upper part of the case body 1, and the positive/negative pressure valve 10 is arranged laterally inside the housing part 1d.
