PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blind allowing a slat to be put in opening/closing action without being restricted by peripheral structure. SOLUTION: The slat 26 is composed of a slat body 28 and a flap 30 rotatably connected to one edge in the cross direction of the slat body 28. When the slat 26 is rotated from the fully opened state to a fully closed state, the edge of the flap 30 abuts on a light shielding frame 13 on the way, so that the flap 30 is rotated relative to the slat body 28 and rotated while the edge slides along the light shading frame 13. In the fully closed state, the flap 30 is flush with the slat body 28 and comes in close contact with the light shielding frame 13.
