PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ease heavy labor and a danger when building materials are carried downstairs by the workers. SOLUTION: On the bottom surface of an upper floor slab, that is, on a ceiling surface downstairs, a vertical main rails 2 2a and sub-rails 3 3a are installed, a freely movable traverser 4 is installed to the main rails 2 and 2a, a hoist 5 freely movable is installed to the traverser 4, the hoist 5 is made freely movable between the traverser 4 and the main rails 2 and 2a, the workers are required to make preparation for suspending down the building materials unloaded from a carry-in hole for the materials by the hoist 5, thereafter, the building materials are lifted by the hoist 5 and moved by the traverser 4 to the predetermined rails 3 and 3a, thereafter the hoist 5 is moved from the traverser 4 to the sub-rails 3, 3a,... and the building materials can be carried mechanically and automatically to the predetermined position.
