PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily construct a double slab having a large slab height and being light in weight and connect and integrate an upper slab and a lower slab in a double slab structure of exterior of a building. SOLUTION: A lower block 3 made of foaming styrene and provided protrudedly with many leg parts 11a like hollow column and leg parts 11b like solid column on a lower face of a platelike body 10 and an upper block 4 made of foaming styrene and provided with a through hole 21 continuous with a through hole 12 of the leg part 11a like hollow column in a platelike body 20 are used to arrange the lower block 3 on the lower slab 1 and pile up the upper block 4 on the lower block 3 at at least one step. Concrete is placed in the through holes 12, 21 in which the lower block and the upper block are continuous to construct a concrete column 5, and cast-in-place concrete is placed on the upper block 4 or precast upper slab 2 is provided.
