PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems such as an increase of a failure rate of a precast concrete block provided with a base such as an L-shaped retaining wall block and a box culvert product, its breakage during transportation, and an increase of the occurrence of injury at work execution. SOLUTION: This precast concrete block provided with the floor slab 2 is provided with a projection 4 instead of a protruding reinforcing bar for safety or together with the protruding reinforcing bar for safety on the back of the floor slab provided with a concrete placing hole 3 and a height adjusting means 5 in addition to the projection 4.
