PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To block a clearance between a pile cap and a hollow pile by a simple structure to prevent scattering of mud water. SOLUTION: A ring body 20 provided with a ringlike seal member 19 adhering closely on an upper end part of an existing hollow pile 1 on a lower face is arranged in the pile cap 3 locked in the upper end part of the existing hollow pile 1, the ring body 20 is supported so as to move in the axial direction of the existing hollow pile by a plurality of rods 21 arranged in the peripheral direction in the pile cap, and a coil spring 22 energizing the ring body 20 in the direction of upper end of the existing hollow pile is provided.
