PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soundproof panel capable of eliminating deflection caused on a front plate of the soundproof panel and having good external appearance. SOLUTION: In fastening the front plate 1 having a number of through holes 12 and a back plate 2 having a sound insulation property by a fastening member 6 to be united in a body, fastening is performed by the fastening members 6 of the upper and lower fastening parts so that the fastening axes do not have the same direction, whereby a recess in the orthogonal axial direction is provided to eliminate the deflection of the front plate 1 so as to improve external appearance.
