<p>The invention is a data interruption device which is comprised of an input port, an output port and a connection therebetween. The data interruption device provides for two states, one where the connection between the input port and output port is open, and the other where the connection is closed. A switch provides for the transition between the two states. The device also includes an external mechanism, preferably a push button, to activate the switch. The switch may also be controlled from a computer, if desired.</p> |
