PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce weight of a drum of a clutch drum constituted by protrudingly providing a spline tooth W11 on an inner peripheral surface of a drum peripheral wall part W10 to be engaged with a tooth bottom part W4b between engaging teeth W4a, W4a on an outer peripheral surface of a clutch plate W4. SOLUTION: A recessed part W11a is formed on a tooth thickness direction intermediate part of each spline tooth W11, and the each spline tooth W11 is constituted by a pair of divided teeth W11b, W11b divided by the recessed part W11a. The recessed part W11a is formed to be engaged with the engaging tooth W4a of the clutch plate W4. The each tooth bottom part W4b of half of the plural clutch plates W4 to be engaged with the clutch drum is engaged with the pair of the divided teeth W11b, W11b of the each spline tooth W11, and the each engaging tooth W4a of the rest half of the clutch plates W4 is engaged with the recessed part W11a of the each spline tooth W11.
