PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attach an integral type unit pump injection device 10 into an engine block 52 and a cylinder head 50 by priorly assembling the unit pump injection device 10 having a cam driven element 14, a unit pump 12, an injection tube 16, and an injection nozzle 18. SOLUTION: The integral type unit pump injection device 10 is so constituted that the pump 12 and the nozzle 18 are positioned on parallel axes, and a pump bore 58 of the block 52 and a nozzle bore 56 of the cylinder head 50 are required to parallel each other. Before the attachment, those are moved in the direction parallel to the axes so that the injector and the pump can be mutually fixed to each other and the both of them can be simultaneously attached thereto respectively.
