<p>PURPOSE: A process and an apparatus for fermenting animal waste are provided, which is characterized by fermenting animal waste, being separated into feces and urine, with a two-stage fermenting means, resulting in fermentative manure used for organic agriculture. CONSTITUTION: The process for making manure is as follows: separating feces and urine from animal waste; mixing with saw dust and materials treating feces, and pouring into a fermentor of a first fermentation process; supplying firstly fermented feces to a second curing fermentor with separated urine spreading; supplying the waste heat formed in the first fermentation process to the second curing fermentor and fermenting and curing feces; packing. The each fermentor has an outlet to exhaust a gas generated in fermentation.</p> |
