METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING PHENOLIC RESIN FOAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a phenolic resin foam having a good processability, in which formation of a poor curing part is prevented. SOLUTION: A resol-type phenolic resin solution is added with an alkylammonium salt of polyester and a blowing agent obtained by mixing alcohols having a boiling point of 100 deg. or below and a hydrocarbon, and then it is cured and expanded by further adding an inorganic powder filler and acid curing agent.
