PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy manufacturing method for 'Bokashi' (extended slow acting fertilizer) of high quality being excellent in safety and fertilizing effect, where fermentation temperature in the deposit becomes high and growth inhibitors decompose rapidly. SOLUTION: The present invention is obtained by depositing the mixture which is prepared by mixing a compost material comprising a porous sugar- holding material with organic materials and soil, and then fermenting it.
