PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily openable packaging bag which can be easily unsealed by tearing the bag along a cutting line by starting the tearing from the location of a notch. SOLUTION: This easily openable packaging bag comprises a laminated body having a laser absorbing layer and a heat-weldable resin layer. Then, the cutting line for unsealing is formed on the laser-absorbing layer. At the same time, the notch which penetrates the laminated body is formed on the heat-welded section at end edges from which the unsealing is started along the cutting line. In such a packaging bag, the end sections of the cutting line are formed into a fork shape cut which opens to the outside. Then, the notches are formed under such a constitution wherein the notches may stay within the opening width of the fork of the fork-shape cuts. Therefore, even when a slip is generated in the locations between the cutting line and the notches, the easily openable packaging bag can be easily torn from the notches.
