PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holder capable of facilitating installing work of a lining to a car body. SOLUTION: This holder 10 and the lining L are previously integrated by sandwiching the lining L by threadedly engaging a fixing member 30 and a body 20 of the holder 10 arranged on the reverse of the lining L, and afterwards, the holder 10 is installed on a ceiling wall W by pressing the fixing member 30 of the holder 10 in the ceiling wall W, and installation of the lining L is completed. Thus, since there is no need to always conventionally, nonseparably and continuously hold both the holder 10 and the lining L in the installation, workability can be improved.
