PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately and simply fit a shell-like backrest member to a rocking frame. SOLUTION: A back part 7 is formed by the backrest member 21 positioned on the lower side and a backrest 22 fitted thereto. The backrest member 21 is made of a synthetic resin, and formed like a forward recessed part in a plane view to wrap a seated person's hip. The rocking frame 5 is provided with a wing-like receiving plate 20. A pair of fastening parts 26, 27 superposed on the receiving plate 20 and regulating parts 28, 29 to which the side plates 5a of the rocking frame 5 are fitted not to be shifted right and left and formed on the backrest member 21. The fastening parts 26, 27 are fixed to the receiving plate 20 by screws 20.
