PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the long-term reliability of a heater.SOLUTION: A heater includes a ceramic body 1, a heating resistor 2 provided at the inside of the ceramic body 1, and a reed 3 provided at the inside of the ceramic body 1 to be connected so that an end portion thereof overlaps the heating resistor 2. In a cross section obtained by cutting the reed 3 and the heating resistor 2 in a direction orthogonal to a longitudinal direction of the reed 3, the cross section of the reed 3 is circular. When viewed as two semicircular portions that are formed by dividing the cross section of the reed 3 by a virtual line passing in a radial direction, the heating resistor 2 is in contact with an arc of one of the semicircular portions 31, and a central portion has a thinner thickness than an end portion in the arc of the semicircular portions 31.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
