Disclosed is a system for drawing a prize using an open network. The system includes a prize drawing server (13) including an approval section (14) for approving an prize application with reference to business particulars of each client's credit card, a managing section (15) for obtaining an approval information regarding the prize application of each client from the approval section (14) to manage a prize drawing of each client, and a game program operating section (16), controlled by the managing section (15), for operating a game program, a data base server (32) including a client data base (18) for storing a list of clients having the prize application approved by the approval section (14), a game program data base (19) for storing several game programs, a client's point data base (30) for storing points of each client, and an affiliated company's point data base (31) for storing points of each affiliated company, and a script (17) for reading a data from the data bases of the data base server. If the client connects to a home page of a credit card company through the open network, and selects any one of drawing-type prize games or application obtaining match games, after the selected game is played during a desired time, a prize drawing result by the game is displayed, or a winner is determined by the managing section (15) according to the game result and an application of a loser is transferred to the winner relative to a win.
