PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming system that can bring a timing at which a user arrives at an image forming apparatus and a timing of completion of printing close to each other.SOLUTION: There is provided an image forming system 1 comprising: a plurality of image forming apparatuses 5a, 5b that can execute printing based on print data; and a server 7 that stores the print data, and transmits the stored print data to the first image forming apparatus 5a designated as an execution destination in response to a user's execution instruction to cause the image forming apparatus 5a to execute printing, wherein the server 7 includes a stored data transmission part 53 that, when the operation state of the first image forming apparatus 5a is "unavailable," transmits spooled print data to the image forming apparatus 5b that can complete printing at an arrival timing at which the user arrives from the peripheral image forming apparatuses 5a, 5b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
