PURPOSE: A component-based hierarchical structure bulletin board system and a modifying method therefor are provided so that development expenses, a development period and personnel expenses can be remarkably reduced by enabling a developer, a manager and a user to change the component-based hierarchical structure. CONSTITUTION: A component unit includes a web builder for automatically building a basic frame of a bulletin board upon the request of a demander, a bulletin builder for setting up an environment of the bulletin board and designating properties of the bulletin board, a folder builder for supporting generation, deletion and renewal of folders and files, and a search unit set up by a manger or user for managing the bulletin board. A user interface unit supports search correction upon the request of the search unit. In addition, a menu information unit manages menu units of a bulletin board function as information, and supports file addition and deletion. A bulletin information unit transmits information of the bulletin board to the search unit. As a result, reliability of the bulletin board is improved, and repair and maintenance works of the bulletin board are simplified.
