PURPOSE: A system for supporting a wire/wireless commercial transaction for a small-sized store dealer is provided to support a commercial transaction of a merchant regardless of time or place, to calculate data rapidly and accurately, to reproduce a plurality of information rapidly and accurately, and to operate a stable system without a management. CONSTITUTION: Initial stored goods of a store are measured in advance in accordance with a request of a merchant and stored in a system(101). Basic data to be stored in the system are transmitted to a terminal at an initial Internet connection(102). A loss of important data through an illegal access are prevented by making a user input the current information key received in a server at the last synchronization to the terminal(103). Changed data are analyzed and updated based on transmitted at the last synchronization with the server, and the analyzed and updated data are stored in the terminal and the server(104). If the synchronization is terminated, an operation is progressed based on data stored in the terminal independent of the server(105). All data variation generated by a process as a buying, selling, and a returning goods are stored in the terminal, and the stored data are stored in the terminal until the next synchronization(106).
