PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calibrate a conversion unit of an electromagnetic flow rate meter with high accuracy and high stability and at low costs, by using an arbitrarily settable simulation flow rate signal.SOLUTION: An output of a buffer amplification 13 is output to an REF input terminal of a D/A converter 21, and an output of the D/A converter 21 is connected to a voltage division circuit 22 and the buffer amplification 23. Further, a digital setting unit 24 is connected to the D/A converter 21. The D/A converter 21 outputs an analog signal on the basis of a D/A conversion voltage division ratio composed of an arbitrary signal reference voltage division ratio setting, a flow velocity value setting, and % output setting which are set by using the digital setting unit 24 with respect to a reference voltage subjected to the REF input; and outputs the analog signal to a conversion unit 2 as a simulation flow rate signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
