PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of removing an underground obstruction in an underground structure constructing method capable of remarkably shortening the working time by removing an obstruction in a penetration route of a later element when constructing a former element. SOLUTION: In a method of constructing the under ground structure by penetrating multiple hollow elements 4 arranged in parallel with each other into the ground in order and constructing the underground structure with these element chain, an opening 11 is provided at a part of the peripheral wall of a former element 4 to be penetrated into the ground before, and when penetrating the former element 4 into the ground, an obstruction 50 existing in a penetration route of the later element to be led into the ground later is taken into the former element for removal.
