PURPOSE: A system for automatically controlling a wiper for an automobile is provided to automatically control a wiper system at an optimum speed according to surrounding conditions by sensing the surrounding conditions. CONSTITUTION: A system for automatically controlling a wiper for the automobile includes a sensing part(100), a data processing part(200) and a driving part(300). The sensing part has a wind velocity sensor, a sensor for sensing a rain amount by impact of rain, a sensor for sensing a rain amount by light refraction, a humidity sensor, a light quantity sensor and a wiping speed detector. The data processing part has a code signal converter, a database for storing data of speed of a wiper blade, and a comparative instructor for determining the optimum wiping speed by comparing data. The driving part has a comparator for calculating an error amount between the present wiping speed and the optimum wiping speed determined by the comparative instructor, a pulse generator for transmitting proper wiper blade driving speed current signal, and a power generator for driving a washer motor or a wiper driving motor.
