NATURAL MATERIAL LAYER COMPOSITION FOR FLOORING, PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF AND FLOOR DECORATION MATERIAL CONTAINING THE COMPOSITION

PURPOSE: A natural material layer composition for flooring, its preparation method and a floor decoration material containing the composition are provided, to obtain a natural texture and a three dimensional effect of flooring using recycling waste resources. CONSTITUTION: The composition comprises 100 parts by weight of a natural material selected from waste wood chip and rice hulls; 1-20 parts by weight of at least one binder selected from the group consisting of ethylene methyl acetate resin, ethylene ethyl acetate resin and ethylene vinyl acetate resin; and 2-30 parts by weight of at least one ductility-imparting agent selected from the group consisting of a natural rubber, an epoxy-modified natural rubber and a silicone rubber. Preferably the natural material is pretreated by injecting 100 parts by weight of a natural material together with 5-50 parts by weight of at least one drying oil selected from the group consisting of a linseed oil, a tung oil and a perilla oil into a ribbon blender and dipping it into the drying oil at a temperature of 80-120 deg.C.
