PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refill packaging bag which can be integrally, simply and quickly mounted on a dispenser container. SOLUTION: The refill packaging bag causes a top of a dispenser of the dispenser container to be inserted into and engaged with an engaging portion for integrally mounting on the container. The engaging portion is connected with an upper part of a filling portion via a connecting seal, and a slit is provided at a portion along an upper seal opposite to the connecting seal to be partially opened into a pocket-like form. In addition, a pair of protrusions for locking both side ends of the top of the dispenser inserted from the slit are provided in the vicinity of the center of lateral seals on both sides.
