PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a large flat surface for cargo housing in a rear seat space part whose rear seats are constituted as left and right independent seats with a tunnel part as a boundary. SOLUTION: The upward projecting and longitudinally extending tunnel part 22 is formed in a car width directional central part of a floor panel 21. The rear seats 6 existing in the cabin rearmost part are constituted as the left and right independent seats with the tunnel part 22 as the boundary, and have respectively seat cushions 23 and seat backs 24. The seat backs 24 can selectively take a rising position being a using position and a falling-down position superposed on the seat cushions 23. Back faces 24a of the seat backs 24 existing in the falling-down position are almost flush with an upper surface 22a of the tunnel part 22. A cabin 4 and the rear trunk room 26 are communicated by a communicating opening 29, and a trunk panel 27 being a floor surface of the trunk room 26 is almost flush with the back faces 24a of the seat backs 24 existing in the falling-down position and the upper surface 22a of the tunnel part 22.
